6. Children's Privacy

Chorely is designed for family use under parental supervision.

• Children under 13: Cannot create accounts independently. Parents/guardians must create and manage accounts for minors.
• Parental Control: The group organizer (parent/guardian) has full control over who joins the family group and what content is shared.
• No Public Sharing: Children's content is never made public or shared outside the family group.

Parents are responsible for monitoring their children's use of Chorely and the content they upload.

• Active Accounts: Data is retained while your account is active
• Deleted Accounts: Data is permanently deleted within 30 days of account deletion
